Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our products, except for the following scenarios:

  1. In the event that a product arrives and is expired. You must email us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide the order number, as well as images of the product and its packaging, including the expiration date. Please note that we have many "non-perishable" products, including soaps, candles, and scrub bars. In the event of melting, squishing, or other cosmetic damage that has occurred in shipping, please contact the United States Postal Service to file a claim for damage

  2. In the event that the product causes a previously undocumented allergic response. To receive a refund, please contact us with your order number, the product that caused the reaction, and documentation from the doctor showing that the reaction was caused by the product. Please read the ingredients of the items you are purchasing carefully- they are provided in each product listing for your convenience, to avoid potential allergic reactions.

  3. In the event that we mistakenly shipped you the incorrect item/s, we will replace them with the correct item. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the wrong item with your order number, image/s of the incorrect item/s, and an image of the shipping label. We will provide you with a return shipping label to return the incorrect items to us. In the event that the returned items arrive to us opened and used, we will be unable to process the exchange.
