On average it will take 1-2 weeks before we ship your order.
Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) from Philadelphia, PA. If you selected Standard Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 4-12 business days from receipt of your order being shipped. For Priority Shipping, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days from receipt of your order shipping. Rush Orders are only available on eligible in-stock products, and will take approximately 24-48 hours to arrive, following receipt of your order shipping.
The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
Please allow up to 14 business days to create and pack your order. Rush Orders take approximately 4 business days to process and pack.
All orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
The Raw Spa currently does NOT ship internationally.

We open Pre-Orders 1 month in advance of limited edition products being available. Pre-Orders guarantee that you will receive the item, with a notable exception:
FarmStand products are available for Pre-Order 1 month in advance of the expected crop harvest. There have been instances of the weather patterns causing a failed crop harvest. If that happens, you will be notified immediately, and your money will be refunded in full. Mother Nature's whims are completely outside of our control.
Pre-Orders ship the first Monday after the limited edition products have been released in the store. Please see above for the FarmStand exception.
Out of Stock Items
If we are out of stock of a limited edition product that you had desired to purchase, unfortunately you will have to wait until we release it again the following year.
Holiday Orders & Deadlines
During high-volume seasons, our ability to fill orders can (and often does) slow down. As a result, we have holiday order dead-lines. In order to receive your order in time for the intended holiday, you MUST have your order placed by the deadline. We do our best to have the order to you within three days of the holiday.
If you are not placing an order for a specific holiday, please be aware that there will still be a slower turn around time during our high volume seasons.

Order Cancellations and Changes
We are able to cancel an order if we are notified within 24 hours of payment that the order is to be cancelled. Past that, we do not normally cancel orders, nor will we accept changes to orders.
